Gain the skills you need to work in the world of dispute resolution and construction expert witness work. The Damian James team will help you learn what’s needed and ensure you gain the skills you need to work in the field of construction claims.
Our mentoring programme includes guidance on your career path, experience, knowledge gathering and sharing and professional support in the areas of arbitration, adjudication, disputes and expert practices.
The in-house programme runs from September 2022 through to August 2023 and includes quarterly reviews, appraisals and one-to-one sessions.
The programme will assist those looking to enhance their careers but currently unable to gain the necessary experiences they require.
Mentoring will be held online with opportunities available to attend a number of events.
The programme is open to those working in Africa. Anyone wishing to be considered should forward a cv and letter of consideration before 31 August 2022 to damian@damian-james.com
