James Banda is Managing Partner of AMW & Co Legal Practitioners. James’ legal career covers a comprehensive range of expertise in all areas of Zambian law. Both a litigator and a transactional lawyer, he offers high-level strategic advice. His specialities include commercial, construction, real estate, competition and banking and finance law.
Kort Egan is a Barrister at Gatehouse Chambers. Kort specialises in domestic and international commercial disputes. He also has expertise in construction and energy matters. Kort works in other areas as well including property and insolvency and aviation and shipping matters.
